Orders are processed the following business day when humanly possible, excluding holidays. Please allow extra processing time for international orders and 7-10 days for custom orders to be completed before leaving our facility. 

International orders may carry extra tariffs or duties that we can not predict. We are not responsible for these fees, and suggest that you contact your local customs bureau with inquiries or to see if your package is being held locally. 

All merchandise is shipped from our studio in Brooklyn, NY. All shipping rates are calculated via UPS and USPS based on your location.  International orders will be shipped via USPS unless you are contacted with additional information.  Domestic shipments are via UPS with the exception of orders shipping to PO boxes, which will be shipped USPS.

Availability of merchandise is not guaranteed. Notification via e-mail or phone will be sent should one or more of the items ordered be backordered or out of stock. 

Once an order has left the In God We Trust facility, it is in the care of UPS, USPS, and your local postal service. In God We Trust is not liable for any errors made by these services.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY 

We hope you are completely in love with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, In God We Trust will gladly exchange full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise with its' original invoice. 

This does not include jewelry, custom orders, sale items, marked-down merchandise, fragrances, or books. Shipping is non-refundable. This policy will be honored for items received at our studio within 14 days following the delivery of your order. 

Please allow 10-14 days for your return to be processed. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 

In God We Trust is not responsible for return shipping costs or duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. For more information on claiming duties please contact your local customs bureau. In God We Trust holds the right to deny refunds should the merchandise not meet return policy requirements.
